As much as I would like to see this, this is meant to be gender neutral. So sadly I doubt she will get pregnant unless part 3 is for male listeners

I really like this series. I agree with some of the others, I'd like to see a continuation even if it's not frisky. What if she gets pregnant? What will the queen do? How will she tell the protector and what will the court think?
I suggested a sequel awhile back where the Queen picks her last dance partner at a royal ball, and it's her Protector, much to the shock and disapproval of her advisors, the guard captain, and the elite. Just waltzing around the ballroom, no one else mattering to them nor even existing, lost in an emotional and defiant display of their love.
