Of course you're right! If a person does not take care of himself, no one else will take care of him. The main thing is to love yourself and take care of yourself. We are like a flower or some other plant. If the plant is not watered, it withers, the same is for humans.

That's unfortunate, I remember when my dog died. He died right in front of me, it was a very sad day for me. I hope the rest of your day is going well. What helped me deal with the lose was to remember all the great times I had with him and how appreciative I was being able to build those memories with him. Keep on keeping on.
