tea, if you decide to make this a series, i really like the idea of improving yourself out of spite. like the demon manifesting in a physical form actually has the opposite of the intended effect and the protagonist slowly makes their life better *purely* because they hate the bastard so much.

Sorry you feel that way, lovely. I personally thought it was apt. I’ve often felt like I’ve had demons in my head whenever I’ve been depressed, like it was almost like I had no say in it (much like a possession). Maybe it’s just my experience. And the wholesome part was that the demon, though sent to lead the listener to the dark side, does have a genuine affection for humans, including the listener. Maybe this one wasn’t for everyone. I just like dark humour. I’ve put that in the tags now. Hope you like the next one and thank you for your comment 👍
