By opening up, sharing your experiences, and lending an ear to others, you help people who might otherwise end up in the worst possible state.

This is a form of relief that's so odd to me, I knew I was stressed a bit worried about the person but it's only now hearing that things are better than expected that I realize how much I was thinking about it. Many props to all the kind people here, you guys are amazing. And to the person going through a lot, if you're reading this, hang in there, you've got this and while it seems so tough there will be moments that will give you some respite and peace! Hold on and keep fighting! You're so much stronger than you know!
