You definitely want to keep the fever down as much as possible- as soon as that goes, everything gets worse. Tylenol + Advil will subdue the fever while they are active, and you want to keep up on their times- take another half an hour before the current dose is about to end. I lost over 25 pounds in a week due to Covid and was stuck in the hospital due to a severe lack of oxygen... so please take care of yourself. I'd hate for that to happen to you.
