Even just adding them like end credits, or like beginning credits as the audio plays, is good enough in my book. For the love humanity do NOT wear your throat out reading that many names aloud for every audio. Self care first.

If you plan to read them aloud, I would personally suggest the beginning of the video, simply to allow someone to quickly skip through. Having a bunch of names read at the end could be jarring, 'specially if the end is more solemn or thoughtful.
