You can't spell "lewd" without "ew" 🤔 If you really want to record something, a "taking care of sick GF"-type audio could be an idea. As many have already suggested. But my instinctive thought is that you should save your energy and hopefully get better for your trip. Or at least save up enough to get some enjoyment out of it. In the very least, don't waste energy feeling bad for being sick. It's not your fault, and it's OK.

My native inclination is that you should focus on getting better, rather than worrying about new recordings; if you're still committed to working regardless, then probably a variation on this audio: reverse comfort for sick girlfriend. Obviously I have no idea what's ailing you, but if those coughs and the other symptoms you described were the real deal, rather than artistic license... My great-grandmother brought a fairly effective home remedy over from "the old country" for clearing out heavy congestion: large cup of lemon tea, mixed with a dollop of honey and three or four fingers of whisky. Hop under the covers right after (heavy comforter would be the best), and be prepared to (a) sleep for about 10 hours, (b) breathe better the following day, and (c) need to clean your sheets afterwards. Feel better!
