I have messaged Patreon about it and am waiting a response.
In the meantime, many patrons have said that the way to fix the issue is to cancel your membership and then resub.
So sorry for all this nonsense. Appreciate you very much.

We'll figure out how to get our dose of tea don't you worry. It's working fineish for me. I run into trouble when trying to access audio posts. Its hit or miss if they open first try. All other posts open fine.

it didn't work for me as well, for some reason Patreon defaulted the payment to an old card that was shut down so I just reset the card again. just patreon being dumb dumbs.

I could not even comment, and could only see public posts like the youtube ones. Membership tab didn't even exist. My guess is my renewal happened during the suspension so it did not renew but also did not let me know in any way. Patreon has dropped the ball. Canceling and resubscribing has seemed to fixed things

Adding a new payment method worked for me! If you have more than one card. Maybe it'll let you re-add the same one, but not tried
