To be honest, I don't know what's best to say. My I'm no saint and I've even done some embarrassingly dumb things in my life that I should have known better. But from all of it I have learned something, no idea if it's helpful or not in this case but. Rather than let the negativity drag you down it's better to focus on the good for most things. If you feel someone has hurt you despite being kind to them, then it's better to learn from it and focus on those who you feel truly need it. I say this as it's not a black or white situation, the people that are truly evil should be exposed but most are just idiots that will hurt themselves in the end. So if you can just let the idiots dig there own graves while you live and have fun.

That's wonderful, Tea. You know, I've always noticed you always self-deprecating yourself like when you keep calling yourself things like "I'm ugly, my feet are gross, I don't wanna be around myself, etc." If you think that you and everything you do holds little value, then you REALLY gotta reevaluate yourself, because you are dead wrong! You've done more for not just us, but your family, friends, and pets than ANYONE could've done in your life circumstances. Most people in your shoes would either be depressed, suicidal, or even worse, dead. So be proud of who you are and don't let anyone or anything tell you that you are worthless, not even yourself! 💪🏾😁
