That's understandable and relatable. I've been working overnights for a long time now and there are times where the loneliness can hit hard. More so as a kid, it was hard to be alone as I'm part of a large family.

Over the years, I've found solace in being alone. To a point. I do have bouts where loneliness hits. I do live with family but it isn't the same when you reflect on the friends who've left and those you wish were still around. To combat this, I talk to friends through messenger and indulge in video games, my oldest past time. It helps, to a point.
