Your good tea. Even with therapy or meds work and the world gets overwhelming especially if you are nerodivergent like myself. You get yourself in a mood if you stay still too long you wonder “am i doing alright? Am i doing enough? Do i need to do more?” Which if you truly get to that point its just hard to stop the thoughts without doing some work in the mean time sometimes. Hell maybe if you want to experiment with editing or sound design or exercise to keep your mind moving can help. Any hobby is good outside of work is good to ❤️
