TL;DR there will be more animations like Anna's. Also I made a blu3sky account [HERE] I will keep using twitter but if something happens, blu3sky will be used to communicate.
It's been a while since I last rambled (if i ever did it), so I guess it's time to tell you what I've been working on lately.
I'm not a big fan of the 3d style and I'm always looking to make something more stylized, it's not coincidence that I constantly change the shaders (the way the characters look in 3d) of the animations and it's because it's complicated to get good results.
And of course, I also like some aspects of traditional animation. Stepped animation, 24 fps, "hand-drawn frames". Anna animation has all of that and it's no coincidence that it's the animation with the most likes (on Twitter). I actually posed each frame "manually" without automatic interpolation.
So, I want to do a stylized animation with traditional animation elements...
Like Spider-Verse?, Like Arcane?, Like....
Well, I clearly can't aim that high, I don't have a team of hundreds of overworked professional animators, but I can always try to do another personal project, just like Anna animation.
That's why this year I started to draw. Actually I already knew how to draw (kinda), but not in digital. Just imagine, 2D effects combined with 3D animation, that would be really cool!. I am still learning and you only see my best results, but-
Most of the time I make pretty bad drawings.
Some of you have asked me if I will do another "big project". The answer is yes.
My biggest limitation right now is that I'm still using an old version of blender (the software I use to animate), the new versions add a lot of changes, but it also changes many old systems that I still use.
and that's all, by the way, Hilda animation will be published tomorrow!.

The Shader work you do to make it look more like the ingame models and less like the ingame models ported to an engine that they weren't meant for, is why you're one of the best to ever do it. You're the only one who makes it feel less like these are porn animations, and more like ingame cutscenes.

Hearing that you plan on doing more animations like Annaโs gets me really excited. It always feels way more special to have a little bit of an introduction before the main event. Also I loved every piece of drawn art from you. It has special charm. That Genny is fantastic.
