BearExxa V2 - X Carriage And Axis

The filament sensor is now wired from the back to the front, this makes access to the back of the carriage easier and cleaner wiring. We have obviously kept the two plates to access either belts or bearings and to not have to remove all the wires when you have to remove the lower X carriage back.
The carriage is now unique between MK3S and MK2.5S. You only have to attach the cable guide on the back corresponding to your printer and add the X axis end stop if you are on MK2.5S. Note Prusa is using similar idea for the X axis end stop on MK2.5S but you might loose a bit of print surface, this is not the case here, the surface remains the same.
No more self threading hole for the cable guide back! We now have a square nut holding everything firmly. We could also remove a screw holding together the carriage and the extruder body as the E3D Revo Micro is smaller and lighter, it saves some weight and makes the maintenance quicker. The belt profile has been refined and it is now easier to insert the belt. You also have a bit more space for extra length.
The X ends will remain the same, it is mostly a cleaning of the CAD design and the tiny changes are not worth a re-print. You can reuse your current X ends without problem.
Finally, it is also good to mention that this extruder is compatible with both Bear and Original Prusa frames. However, we will still need the Bear firmware to pass the self test and calibration just like with the previous version.

I see you have good eyes! It is a Sunon 12V fan used on the Duet Bear. It is a temporary fan, we are working on getting a better one.

just curious, what kind of fan is on the first picture, i was looking for a good 12 or 24v 5015 delta fan becuase my old stock cant seem to spin at constant speeds anymore

I have longer ones, it'll be good, I'll try to find a shaft, shouldn't be hard. Thanks for bearings size, I'll order them asap 😁
