That is a good question and it was definitely one of my concern during the design. Currently the frame is longer by 7.4mm compared to Original Prusa LCD cover and 13.1mm longer compared to Bear LCD. The biggest problem is that we have the LCD connector and cable in very front and it blocks me to give more angle to the LCD. I might be able to reduce by 1mm but not a lot more. Do you think it would fit your rack?

Looks great! By chance do you know how much longer the frame is with the new LCD/touchscreen? I'm using my Bear in a 12U server rack enclosure that has a few inches of depth clearance, and I'm curious if it would fit if I make the switch to this duet setup.

Thanks Syber! Yes I tried to not have anything going out of the frame on the left side as we have the X stepper. This would allow to later have the motor closer to the Z bearings which is benefit in term of torsion. It is larger than the extrusion on the bed side but a bit less than the MK3S Einsy cover.

Beautiful! The large thin case and screen really give it a clean look. Wifi antenna worked out great too. Definitely will be considering this for building a second Bear (I'd love to mod my current one more, but the MMU2 isn't friendly to that). Keep it up!
