Whenever I have sleep paralysis (which is a common thing for me), I usually shake my head back and forth as if I'm saying "no." My family and others have noticed my head twitching at night; when they do, they wake me up. Same with my hands. So try moving anything you can, and let the people you are with know so they can wake you up because I understand it's a terrifying experience to deal with. I never knew toes were a thing lol.
