This is like doubly really well done. Not only is she eating her 'healthy' food out with her friends. She's clearly in the same clothes meaning she's eating in the same day. Presumably this is pretty normal for her to be doubling down on meal times to keep up appearances. It explains pretty well she's built some bad habits and her weight gain from the first page to now makes sense! Can't wait to see how the story will continue!
