As a former household mover, you get her in and out by putting her on a (moving) pad. It reduces friction from the floor of the trunk and you just drag it in, out, or around to position her. She looks like she still has enough room to pivot in place to turn around. That being said, with her weight, even with her helping, her boyfriend would likely need a friend or two to help.
