First, HAPPY NEW YEAR! And for those who celebrate Xmas i hope you had a good one.
I haven’t stepped on a scale since 14th December when it showed 296lbs - and i absolutely feel bigger than i did then. So i can’t wait to find out my weight now once i retrieve the scale from the storage unit!
Anyway, if you can get the Patreon app and check out the members chat there, i reply to any questions and comments in there as soon as i get the time to.
I must also apologise as i noticed there was 3 posts i put out that hasn’t sent over Xmas and showed as Draft so I’ll check them out if they still make sense a few weeks later!
