Stressful times …
🕑 Added 2023-11-29 14:33:18 +0000 UTCSorry I’ve not been as active this month. Currently moving out of my home of 17 years …stressful ain’t the word!!! But strangely…as is usually the case with stress…I’m not loosing weight. Of anything…i have added weight. Which is a nice change!!!

It must be all the cortisol from the stress. It promotes fat storage, especially visceral fat (the stuff that makes your gut so spectacularly round)
