I see what you mean, the outline effect acts in different ways depending in how the model is done, in this case kuki's butt has a bit of a gap in the middle of her butt cheeks while yelan's are clipping a bit which causes the outline to not show up, the outline effect is still a "normal" thing automatically caused by the GAME, I'm unable to control it when I'm modeling so these 'minor' issues are unnoticed.
