Should be intentional, you can remove them if you want I couldn't notice this since I'm using gimi 7.0 and it doesn't show me the errors, only the beep is heard

I'm getting an error in game with it "warning: duplicate section found in d3dx.ini: [ShaderOverride\Mods\Lynette Bottom Heavy\Lynette-BottomHeavy\merged.ini\Outline that section appears twice identically in the INI, is it intentional, and can I just remove it?

Barefoot Yelan or other outfit I've tried to mod on Hazeker's Blender Yelan but failed new mods often have separate ANIM and MODs that are easy to edit and change.
