WATCH ALONG | MCU | Iron Man 3
🕑 Added 2023-02-06 15:00:04 +0000 UTCSCHEDULE CHANGE NOTICE: I've been informed there is a connection between something that happens in the first season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and that it would be ideal to watch through episode 16 of the show before watching the movie, and then episode 17 after the movie. So, that is what I will be doing.
As a result, Thor: The Dark World (which has already been recorded and will be released on February 20th) will be the last MCU movie until I get through episode 16 of AOS.
As previously mentioned, I'll be traveling for a few weeks later this month and will be returning the first week of March. It will likely take me a week or so to get my schedule back to normal after returning. Once that happens, I can start recording AOS. They will go out as reactions (full watch-alongs, one per week), but not until I get probably around 10 episodes recorded first.
Once I get closer to having episode 16 recorded, I can then add MCU movies back onto the schedule (likely in April) and continue as we have been with those.
Regarding AOS reactions, I will at least finish out the first season (which will take us into Fall 2023), but I will need to wait until we get closer to the end of that time period before deciding if the reactions to it will continue straight on or if there will need to be a break.
Also, once AOS reactions begin, a new MCU-specific tier will be created. The AOS reactions will also be included in the All TV Shows, The Whole Shebang, and Britany's Bestie tiers.

A Few Notes:
- No spoilers beyond this movie unless you see that later movies have already been released. In that case, no spoilers beyond those movies.
- This video is in a watch-along format. This means you'll need your own copy of the episode to watch alongside my reaction. This is in an effort to avoid copyright infringement.
- If you're based in the UK (or using a UK streaming site), here are instructions for how to get your copy to sync with mine.
- The show footage will play for the first 30 seconds with both video and audio. After that, the show footage will be silenced, and the video will be blurred for the remainder of the episode. There is also a count-up timer that begins once the episode has started. These things will hopefully make it easier for you to keep your copy of the episode synced with mine.
- If you want to know what’s coming up, check out the schedule here.

You definitely should watch the whole series. Maybe you could eventually react to it on Patreon. I’d certainly stay subscribed if you did. Season 3A is when they go to Neverland. 3B is when Rebecca Mader joins the cast. So you just missed her. She was the pretty redhead that captured Rhodey in the sweat shop after all those other ladies in hijabs thanked him for setting them free. She was also in Lost for a bit.

I've only seen the first few seasons I believe. I think I stopped watching somewhere around when they went to Neverland.

Have you seen all seven seasons of Once Upon a Time? If so, I'm surprised you didn't recognize Rebecca Mader in the scene with Rhodey in the sweat shop. She plays Zelena in OUAT.

Ahhh.... yeah, that makes total sense. It's been several months since I watched that first one so I had completely forgotten about that. Nice callback.

The guy in Bern from 1999 that you said was familiar was Ho Yinsen, the guy that was captive with Tony in the cave in Iron Man. He told Tony they met once at a conference in Bern Switzerland & said "if I had been that drunk I wouldn't have been able to stand"
