TRUE TALES OF FICTION: The Ironside's badly-cramped lavatory is inspired by the bathroom at my local Panera Bread, whose stalls are set up the exact same way so that you have to almost snap your kneecaps off to get the door closed.

That’s a pretty good point about the attack in the lavatory. You don’t usually think about how hard it would be to do something physical in there.
