This is not the week I was looking for.

Along with the homeopathic treatment I've been doing Thyme and artemisia herbal tee several times a day since yesterday and applying essential oils (ravintsara+ sweet marjoram) on my neck but it's even worse today. But as long as my body temperature is fine, I'm not worried. It's just another bad moment to pass because it's also amplifying my chronic pain. I see my lyme specialist on Monday anyway , so if something is going wrong, he will notice it. Can't have much apple vinegar though because it's too acidic for me and burns my stomach

(Don't) Call Me Angel

😿 I'm sorry to hear that. Get some rest. Hope you feel better tomorrow! 💚

I am still trying to work out the wiki to style a post on here. If I press return it posts - how do you create a new line? \\ I keep trying - I use you as my inspiration, on many counts. Take it easy, take care and look after the jewel in my life - you. \\ "Like" for this post is not really appropriate, given the content, however, I'm never going to dislike a post from you, am I, so clicking like wins out. Remember how you have recovered in the past and how your recovery time has improved, hold on to the positives, this low will pass. HA! shift & Return!!! My week has just improved, hope yours does likewise. Best wishes to you, my Alice.

Not the good news we were all hoping for. :-( You've been pushing yourself pretty hard lately. Time to listen to your body and give it the all the rest it asks for so you can be up and about again. This time next week this will just be another bump on the road to recovery. But keep an eye on the infections. If they don't show signs of getting better in the next week, antibiotics might be an unfortunate necessity (as much as that sucks). For now, dial up any antimicrobial food you can find. My favorites are raw garlic, fresh ginger, honey, raw apple cider vinegar, and, of course, oregano oil. I also finally found a decaf Oolong tea which is supposed to kill all kinds of viruses and bacteria so I'll be trying that with my next cold. Rest, drink as much as you can, and try to find a reason to smile, hard though that may be. Stay strong. Stay stubborn. Better days ahead.
