Just In Case Mods: No Alabama Crushes/Whims

This stops sims from getting a crush loot (High School Years) or whim (base game) related to romance with family members. EA just released a hotfix for the whims, but I wasn't sure about crushes and since my saves aren't meant for excessive soap opera plot twists (you know: "gasp! this sim's crush is her long lost brother separated at birth! dun dun dun!!"), I made an extra fix for the crush sentiment.
