Heya Yoda! Thanks for showing interest in this world =) The short version is, I imagine this world almost exactly as our, except, there is a 3rd gender (futanari). Men and woman are roughly the same in society as they are now. However, in the media/entertainment, futanari woman are sexualized the most, then woman, then men. Also, futanari usually only date/marry other futanari. I will write more about this in detail at some point though!
