I didn't notice when he first explained it, that the Watch had somehow split into Assassin and Templar factions. I also can't stress enough how much I love how the story repeatedly emphasizes teamwork and the amazing results it produces. When the different factions come to an agreement, it's so satisfying.

While I agree, sometimes a bit of stress is needed for motivation. Of course it is better without, but one can't easily change biochemistry and habits. Not in a few weeks. Months ... maybe. That said, if stress ends up with reduced quality, then I am all in favour off waiting till its ready to personal standarts. Gotta be proud of it. :)
