It's not because of restraints and more attempt to copy Jasmine hairstyle. Raven copy Jasmine normal style but like a half of it, given her short hair. Star has a combo of Jasmine red dress hairstyle + ponytail of Jasmine blue dress hairstyle =)

It's a clunky line, that I maybe will adjust before release. Point is that while CF dressed as prince Ali, Star nonchalantly assume that he is Sultan, given his proportions. Or maybe she is just subtly mocking him) But the line itself is maybe need a second draft

A very nice page. Though Starfire's first lines have me wondering something as she was third in line for the Tameranian throne. Just what does Tameranian culture consider to be 'wholesome activities for a father and two daughters' to be doing taking into account she and Raven are cuffed and chained in addition to the training harness and collar as referenced by Ravens thought bubble in panel five? Hmmmm.
