I also have a friend who needs glasses but for years refused to get them. His theory was that if he got them, his eyesight would be worse. This was eventually stopped when he wanted to get a pilot's license. I can't imagine what the conversation with the instructor was like for this, but I hope it was long and excruciating for my friend.

I just like imagining that for Nick’s drawing of Karen he just traced any picture of Nebula out of any Marvel comic ever. Like from Avengers #257 (the character’s first appearance) from 1985. And it doesn’t look anything like her.
