Oh, angry cops did a thing on some private that graduated basic, then snuck back into his same basic training battalion, sell vapes and tobacco products to recruits. Needless to say, dude got outed by the new recruits, got chased down by his former Drill Sgts, and then got arrested by MPs/local police. He then goes on YouTube to make a video about it, and disrespects a LT., gets kicked out and is living out of a storage unit. There's like a 2 and 3 part thing about it on Angry Cop's youtube page.

Sin tax probably. I know in New York City, it's almost impossible to buy legally taxed cigarettes because everyone smuggles them in from New Jersey where its cheaper.

Very relatable xD During recruits we had several Sami who got special "vacation" for herding Reindeer. They used to opportunity to drive snowscooters into Finland and buy a whole europallet of vodka. I think it was Tapio brand, if I remember correctly. They stored it in the garage of another recruit who lived 200 meters from base. They made good profit xD

sale of snus is illegal, and sugar and tobacco products are taxed more. I don't know exactly why, but it's something between more stuff to tax and public health reasons
