Yes...beginning to feel like a scam or total incompetence in running a site like this. If He/She is going to take money from people...they better figure it out. I am about to file a formal complaint to the discord about this creator being completely unresponsive.

I have the same problem. I have @CoolStar many times but I have not received a response.

How do I sign into this site: https://coolstar.org/chromebook/driverlicense/login.html I try my Patron PW and my discord PW without success. It says incorrect PW. This is getting extremely frustrating. I see many posts with the same questions about getting the drivers and not knowing how to get them. Please make this more simple. I don't want to give up...but your process is so confusing to many.

I have tried to get onto the discord. But it keeps saying that my account has to be claimed. When I go there and try to log in....it says my email is already registered and and puts me back to the empty PW box. It seems to be wanting me to create a new account. But why would I do that when my email is already registered. Are you talking about the portal for Patreon or the Discord? And why don't you just supply a link to the drivers?

@ray did you read the onboarding guide in the portal? it's available on the support tab if you didn't read it before

I logged into his website...but it is poorly constructed and does not give a ready link to download the drivers. They take your money and then frustrate the hell out of the customer trying to figure out how to access the drivers. You see this multiple times on the discord. I am very computer literate and I still cannot find how to get the drivers. Feels like a scam to me.

lol if you cant figure out how to make an account to login to coolstars website, then you probably will struggle to install the driver successfully
