Should the new battle system continue to be worked on or scrapped?

Just to be clear, there are still tweaks to be made on the new mechanic and it's far from being a final version, many of you have given valuable feedback and opinions about it, and they may be implemented in later updates. But the hero's damage will remain permanently tied to the stamina value, and there will be different attack options besides the "Normal Attack"
Concepts about the amount of stamina generated/spent, the damage formula, the way it is presented to the player, etc; will be revised as they are released throughout the game, there are also plans for new perks, items, and maybe even new actions.
Keep in mind that v1.25 also had a rework of the points/scoring system, but this is not a poll about that, neither about the patch as a whole.
If you've already expressed yourself in the previous post, know that I've read it and I'm aware of your opinion, but feel free to reformulate and/or reinforce it in the comments below.
So, what do you think about the new stamina system and battle rework?

ok that makes sense guess ill just have to redo everything which sucks. one more question is there a way to see the teases at the tavern or a way to make them longer to view as i seem to just get 3 to maybe 6 pics if im lucky. is it tied to my current addictions or just random chance?

Each new version is actually a completely new tease, and it's not possible to transfer data between them without an overly complex code, this is one of the reasons why Hero Corruption 2 is being developed in another engine. About the Castle: As it is a completely different area from the others, it will probably not be affected by the rework

I love it, but I think the damage scaling of the stamina is a bit too swingy. I hit for 75 damage on full stamina in the late game and that's a bit ridiculous. Its worth noting that it was a bit jarring getting used to the Stamina as implemented in forest/grove and then the final battle in the castle not using it lol.

my two questions is first is there a way to not reset my save every update as it boring to redo everything and second if the stamina system does get add to the rest of the game how will the castle change as it a very hard fight normally without having to worry about your stamina in the middle of multiple fights back to back

Not all of them do. Anastasia, Laura, Kelly and Lola all have a different new attack if you find yourself on less than 20 stamina when fighting them.

I'm curious about this: what does it take to make enemies use a more dangerous attack? I've never seen this so far in my playing, but I'm fairly conservative in combat.

What I would say is no matter what happens with the stamina system I must admit I have enjoyed the little extra twist of enemies having a more dangerous attack if the player does something stupid/reckless in combat. I hope you find a way of keeping that no matter what happens. Also worth note even if it does end up being rolled back I still think it was worth the try, never know what might end up being great until you try it, keep up the good work!
