What size tray? On the ender 3 I remember that cura for some reason trimmed off usable print area on one axis. Try rotating the object by 90 degrees about the z axis and also maybe manually set your print area in the cura settings. If all else fails you can use one of the shorter tray body variants. Down to 7" is included in the files.

Lowell, I’m trying to print the tray on my Ender 5 pro but when I open in Cura it’s too big. I have checked the bed dimensions in cura but still no luck. Do you have any pointers?
