5-Gallon Rail Update
🕑 Added 2024-06-09 02:32:21 +0000 UTCI reworked the 5-gallon tank rails for the 7W trays and made a version to fit the 6.5W. The 6.5Wx10L seems to make the most of a 5-gallon's footprint so I think I'll be using this myself.

Where are the print files for this post?

No, sorry, they are proprietary. But trust me, there is a reason for everything. Including thickness. They need to be heavy and they need to be thick. Don't sweat the print time. Worry about function first.

Hey G'day are the original cad files available? I would like to further optimise the build. currently it stands at about 7 hours print time. Im pretty sure I can get that down to about 4 hours without too much trouble and also save about 100 grams in filament. Walls could be optimised there are parts of the tank that are not required and omitting them wouldnt detract from the look or strength of the model but would save a lot in filament. It could be further optimised for a .6mm nozzle as well which would easily shave off another hour of print time. Cheers.

Sounds like the STLs are upside down. Flip them 180 degrees on the X or Y axis and I'll check their orientation.

Are these supposed to printed with supports. The files are oriented with overhangs and when I flip them onto the flat edge I am struggling to keep it from stringing out. Printing on P1S and A1
