There's no way we could afford to move unless we sold the stuff on Ebay. Plus a lot of our stuff is so weird, no one is going to buy it at a garage sale, or if they did it would be dirt cheap. Ebay says my average sale price per item over the last year is $75 so...that's a far cry from garage sale pricing.

My minimalist butt would say, just have a giant garage sale for a long three day weekend. Whatever doesn’t sell, goes in one or several trucks to Goodwill! That would be such a giant weight off the shoulders and help a move happen quicker. I just can’t imagine dealing with all that, it’s exhausting just thinking about! Good luck to you!!!! 💙💙
