You’re right, it is incredibly unhealthy for me to engage. I’ve now cancelled my recurring subscription. I often find myself in unhealthy habits as I have all time, no friends, and apparently no neural pathway from pain to aversion. That’s a personal defect. If by “indignant” you mean I think you’ve committed an injustice, that’s wrong. I don’t fault you for anything. I happen to have a deep understanding of literary analysis, be of the belief that pornography can be just as sophisticated as anything else, and respond strongly to psychologically traumatic situations; but in this case I accept as much responsibility as you, for applying a standard where it isn’t needed, and not being able to tend to my own mental health. I won’t prescribe your response.

So it was. Well... As I said, I do genuinely feel a bit bad that you seem to have experienced some degree of anxiety over this. If your Reddit comment was not hyperbole, then I honestly implore you *not* to engage with any more of my content, as you will likely find a large quantity of it to be similarly distressing, if this is your perspective. All I can offer is my assurance that I am not designing these things with the intention to create realistic psychological studies of my characters --- nor even necessarily things that would hold up to even mild "literary critique." I am a softcore porn artist, and my primary intention for *all* of my artwork here is --- as crude as it sounds --- to make something sexually arousing. So, PLEASE --- and I mean this genuinely and with actual concern for your mental well-being --- do not engage with my stuff if it makes you feel legitimate anxiety! Now, I am absolutely willing to discuss the various points you brought up. I could perhaps even offer counter-points --- not in an effort to *defend* my comic (as it is riddled with *numerous* problems, I'll readily admit) --- but to try and *assuage* your emotions surrounding it. However, I *strongly* believe that this discussion would be, to that end, fruitless. Please correct me if my interpretation is wrong, but the *reason* that I suspect this is because all of your comments have thus far sounded *indignant* in tone.

And yet here you are continuing to pay money. You yourself chose to pay money to support something you very obviously don't like. It literally costs nothing to just go on with your life and forget the fictional story you do not enjoy exists.

Do you refer perhaps to [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Omorashi_Art/comments/1bp5rov/comment/kwv77bs/) comment on Reddit? That was also me. Personally, I can't read _Off-Limits!_ that way because of Page 24. A plausible reading of the _rest_ of the comic is that she's only going through with the hold for pride and administrative smoothness, but that page establishes that *she has no choice*. Her livelihood for the rest of her life now depends on an impossible physiological feat, realistically causing herself lifelong physical harm and yes, if she's _forced_ into it, she _will_ have PTSD on the other side. That's how these things work. And even if I were a vindictive reader, Page 5 further establishes that *she doesn't deserve it*. Her transgression was harmless, and _necessary_ for her, _because_ of her diligence; you've really made every effort to establish her as a _sympathetic_ victim, in a, effectively, _life-threatening_ situation. That's a misfeature in a ""cartoon" or "comedy"": that simple perspective shift is all it takes to turn it into a "horror". If you wanted a light-hearted story, you _catastrophically_ fucked it up.

I think that might be a result of my rather poor execution when it comes to "Off-Limits!". My lack of planning and character development early-on probably makes it harder for some people to connect with the story as deeply as they might with this much more "narratively-rich" one. Candidly, I never set out with the intention of "Off-Limits!" being that "deep," emotionally-speaking. And I still treat it as fairly light-hearted even now! That said, I read a comment expressing a similar sentiment about the comic on Reddit a while ago, *and* I've had a couple people mention to me that it's given them anxiety. I genuinely feel a bit bad about that, because that's definitely *NOT* what I intended with this story! In my mind, "Off-Limits!" is supposed to be something akin to a "cartoon" or "comedy," though with a focus on fetish more-so than humor. To that end, I've been trying to convey two "tones" with the story --- namely "sexy" and maybe a bit "funny". So things like "Dakota feeling legitimately PTSD-inducing anxiety over this" are entirely outside of the tone of the story. Or put more plainly, Dakota WILL be absolutely *fine* in that regard, no matter the outcome --- I PROMISE! I have no intention of making the story "dark!"

I'm usually good at emotional analysis, but I can't tell you why _this_ story would evoke empathy when _Off-Limits!_ didn't, because OL sent my empathy into overdrive. Genuine psychological horror. I'm only here so I can see the end of it as soon as possible.

Thank you --- that's some really high praise! :D I thought it would be fun to dig into Courtney and Alexis' relationship more than I have in the past with this one, and that's why I tried really hard to develop a lot of the "side elements" --- such as the story of the play and the morning scene! I also thought it would be fun to swap between "Theone the Heroine" and "Alexis the Actress," because the audience didn't know --- right up until the end --- that Alexis was absolutely DYING to pee! The scenes focusing on *Theone* had to pull double-duty: they had to sell Theone as a character in a completely non-Omo-themed play while still plausibly *hinting* that Alexis was BUSTING for a piss the entire time! As for the play itself, I made it up! XD I'm not familiar with enough ancient Greek stories to know if there is a particularly *good* fit for this instance; namely, it would have needed a female protagonist, and preferably had a really "big", high-production, and climactic scene. I couldn't find a good one when doing the image, so I settled on something more "custom"! Nevertheless, I did do a little research to make sure some of it was believable --- Olympia was actually a town in ancient Greece (it was the original home of the Olympics), its patron deity was actually Zeus (so it was appropriate that Theone was one of his priestesses), and Hera actually *did* feud with Zeus in Greek mythology! As for how *accurate* the rest of it is... I could only put in so much time on the background-plot of a play in an omorashi story, lol! XD When it comes to "feeling *bad*" for Alexis, that's partially what I was going for! "Off-Limits!" is a little shallow, and only gives you a slice of each of the involved characters. Therein, Alexis definitely seems more like a two-dimensional "villain" and bully, because that's primarily what her role is! Plus, the comic is told from Dakota's POV, so we don't get to see Alexis' internal dialogue --- not that it would likely help her image much there, to be frank! It's essentially the same thing here --- we're seeing Alexis process her own suffering from her own POV. The only difference is that we have the "baggage" of what she's done in "Off-Limits!" to supplement the context. Does she *deserve* what's happened here? *Probably*!... But I also think it's normal to feel a twinge of sympathy, because she was put in this situation *mostly* unfairly, suffered for as long as she could while trying NOT to humiliate herself, and yet *still* failed in the end! Ultimately this is what "revenge" looks like (albeit in more of the "karmic" sense) --- it's either doubly-sweet because we can see just how painful it is for her, or it's a little *bitter* in addition to that sweetness! :]

Aw, thank you so much! I wanted to take the opportunity to develop Courtney and Alexis a little more, lol.

I actually find it really sad. For some reason, unlike Off-limits, during this story my empathy actually kicked in. The story is amazing by the way. I liked the plot, tension, characters. I absolutely loved how you made Courtney and Alexis relationship, that despite whatever we saw in Off-limits and various arts they genuinely love each other and Courtney cares for Alexis. I liked the omorashi part of course. Long lasting, slowly escalating tension, all the suffering Alexis has to come through while in public, and of course, her anticipation crushed multiple times, the sweetest part of the desperation stories. Damn, have you considered creating an "Archive of our own" account? In addition to all, I'm actually curious if this play exists, or you really came up with an idea of a greek mythology play just for an omorashi story?) Overall, the best text-based omorashi I've read since my teens, characters and their relationship hit really hard, and it's amazing omorashi content, even tho consuming it made me feel shame for once in a long time, as for my genuine empathy for poor Alexis. I'm not gonna debate if she deserves it or not based on her actions towards Dakota, that's a thing for another time)

This is just amazing. An inspiration for me to attempt to write stuff like this. Love it.
