Granted, I do wish this season had more of a focus on the "hospitality" aspect of these resorts in the same capacity that Season 1 approached it, but I can understand the shift over to the "primary guests" instead. At the end of the day, perhaps it was what was truly best for the narrative overall.
In any case, BOI do I have some thoughts/opinions about this season and it's finale. I'm sure there will be some people that may disagree with my views/thoughts and overall opinions and honestly? I'm here for it. Let's discuss!
I do wish that Valentina got some more screen time/development, but I'll take what I can get. Even "Nono" seemed to gradually fall by the wayside, and I think overall they just managed to give "Daphne" enough coverage as well. One could argue that this season had a lot of "loose ends" and incomplete narrative arcs. I'm tempted to disagree with that assessment in favor of my own, as I suggest that the point of this season is what is "implied" as we are forced to process this story without having all the concrete facts and details. Certainly made for an interesting viewing experience in my opinion.

very excited for season 3! once again amazing cast and going to be introduced to a lot of interesting, complex and fascinating characters. season 3 has a very different feel but i love it. i still don’t know if i prefer season 2 or 3 i think i was more emotionally invested in season 3 and it left me feeling lots of things at the end…

Lets be honest... Spiteful Harper makes for better television. I just struggle to root for that behavior. That's more of a me thing. However, I do see the TEEHEE aspect.. and I want to be very clear in saying I am definitely not on Ethans side. The relationship is not in a good place obviously. What should she do? There should be consequences to his actions but not the kind that are purposefully hurtful (As we see... that is a slippery slope.) As his crimes weren't purposeful to hurt her (even though they did). However, the writers absolutely did the correct thing in making it more entertaining. So TEEHEE it is. As for this episode: RIP Tanya. "Ohh my godddd." Great reaction. Looking forward to more. Season 3 was kind of MEH for me. But, I do like the casting.. well.. most of it.

Also, one more thing. Thank you so much for these reactions. It's been so fun to watch this show with you. This is not my favorite show of all time or anything but for some reason this second season is something I've rewatched many many times and I'm obsessed with it. I don't know but the cast, mixed with the scenery, the music, the pacing and the color grading of this season specifically is just my cup of tea. But I think that's the hook of this show.. it's all just human stories so anyone can probably find a season or storyline they find most amusing to watch.
