You do know who Marius is Movieman. One of the characters has spoken about him in season 2 (and he was mentioned as an Easter egg in season 1).

Don't think there will be an actual tour. But .. THERE SHOULD BE. After they are done filming. What a GREAT way to market the show. I would go in a fricken HEARTBEAT. As for New Orleans. They are doing an Anne Rice celebration of life on Halloween I believe in New Orleans. I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out ways to come up with funding to get down there for it. She is dear to my heart. A huge influence. Once took the time to write me a 5 page letter in response to an email I had sent her on writing advice. What a wonderful person and author she was. I wouldn't watch Queen of the Damned YET.. even if it was AWFUL for book readers.. There are potential spoilers. You could watch Interview with the Vampire MOVIE at this point and be safe.. (Also not good in comparison.. but a better movie then Queen of the Damned) Watch Mayfair witches if nothing else to see Alexandra Daddario some more. Good lawwwd. The Book series inspired me to write.. Specifically Memnoch and Body Thief even if her writing had devolved (purposefully) a bit at that point.. was still fantastic stuff.

Always a joy to hear the return of "san francisco". I think the tour being referenced is in-show. We might get a live concert opportunity at some point, but Sam is not touring as Lestat to all the cities listed on that shirt (sadly). That shirt is a costume design. Also, I agree with Melissa, don't watch Queen of the Damned! Wait until after season 3 if not longer.

Please note: There is a (bootlegged) actual trailer out there that I'm sure AMC will eventually release. IF you DON'T want to be spoiled, I would avoid it. This Behind-the-Scenes is different b/c it doesn't really reveal anything you didn't already know. Of course, if you DO want a little more of a sneak peak, then go for it! Similarly, I would advise you not to watch Queen of the Damned if you don't want plot points spoiled.

I feel they need to make the marketing like he is an actual rockstar. He needs a Hot Wings interview, album adverts at bus stops etc fully in character. Would be ultimately amazing to get the series out there and not lost like S1&2 has been for how good it is.

Aw yisss. I've watched this and the SDCC 2025 footage they showed during the panel, way too many times. The song in that one seems fire, too, but that one scene between the two mains was friggin hilarious 😂

I don't know if the tour is real world, but it is definitely a plot narrative. They could make a shit ton of money with all of the rabid fans, so maybe they will tour. Who knows??!! I'm there if they do.
