I’ve spent the past week trying to figure out the sideloading issue with the ‘You have a new notification’ message for non-DM notifications. After extensive testing and multiple builds, the fixes work for some users but not for others. I’ll continue investigating this issue in hopes of finding a fix that works for everyone. For now, the currently implemented fix is working on my devices.
Also note that IG 398 was compiled with the iOS 26 SDK, so you might encounter some UI issues or bugs in Regram. I’ll be updating to iOS 26 as soon as possible to fix these issues.

Bug fixes and compatibility updates for IG 398.
Regram is now fully compatible with iPad UI, IPA supports iPad on 396 and newer.
Expanding a reel now starts playing from the current reel time.
Added separate options for default download quality of videos and photos.
Sending seen receipts in DMs when replying now works with all kinds of messages.
Rewrote sending seen receipts when reacting to messages in DMs.
Added option to disable all Regram features (Support & More).
Fixed profile action button not showing on some profiles.
Fixed the option to pin threads on top of the DM share sheet.
Fixed showing post/reel date in action button menu.
Fixed Stories Archive not saving stories on 395+.
Fixed downloading and zooming videos on IG 397+.

🔗 How to install and update
Sideloading
Download, sign and install this IPA file. (Duplicate IPA file)
If you are signing the app with AltStore using a free Apple ID, you need to use the Plugins-Removed IPA file.
If you're updating from an older version, make sure to use the same signing certificate as your existing installed version so you're able to update without deleting.
Push notifications require signing the app with a distribution certificate (Check this guide on how to receive notifications), (Flekstore is one of the most reliable options for sideloading).
You can also download the apps directly from our Sideloading source (https://altstore.fouadraheb.com). It can be added to most signing tools Flekstore/KravaSign/AltStore/Feather/ESign/Gbox.
TrollStore (iOS 14 - 16.6)
Download this IPA file and open in TrollStore app to install or upgrade your existing version.
Jailbreak (iOS 14 - 16.6)
Regram supports iOS 14+, but since IG 314.0 and newer supports only iOS 15+, some features on iOS 14 are not supported or won't work properly.
Add https://apt.fouadraheb.com to your package manager 's sources and download Regram from there.
⚙️ How to enable Open in Regram Safari Extension
Go to the Settings app > find and select Safari settings
If you see "Default Browser App", change it to make sure Safari is your default browser
Then go to Extensions > Open in Regram > Enable "Allow Extension" and set permissions to "Allow" for all available domains
That’s it! Now every time Safari detects an IG URL it will show an Open in Regram alert which opens in Regram.

Please, make it work with Meta AI and especially the Meta Smart Glasses. It used to work before for messaging and video calls, as well as Watusi, but not anymore :(
Great update as always, was wondering if there was a way to spoof location on Instagram maps. If you could look into that I believe it would be a great feature. Thanks

Idk if its related to this but there seems to be a glitch when searching for gifs. It doesn't occur on the normal Instagram (without regram)

Would anyone know why suddenly today, I am getting the message “Unable to Verify App An internet connection is required to verify trust of the developer "iPhone Distribution: Manikaran Garg (KVJ7C9CHFV)". This app will not be available until verified.
