1st Episode of the Master Class Series

I'm really proud of it, and there will be 8 more to come. I'll start posting them on here right away, every Monday night. These have taken up a lot of time, so hopefully soon I can get back to where I'm comfortable in my own kitchen and really make the magic happen. Maybe have some more guests too.
