It features a wide array of potato assortments, as well as a vast sampling of different potato-based variations. I didn’t have a party, but I still enjoyed every morsel of this dish just sitting on my patio with my cat. Thanks as always for supporting Henry’s Kitchen, and I hope everyone is well!

So was I 😂. Turns out it’s a legit open-faced turkey sandwich topped with fried eggs and gravy. He swears that when it’s done right it’s one of his favorite sandwiches.
