🕑 Added 2022-04-20 16:09:18 +0000 UTCHello Friends! Not only are we nearing the celebration of the 6th avatar of Vishnu, but it is also 4/20. I reached a new plateau with this latest dish: “Saag Palak”. From what I can tell by research, it looks like “Saag” is a word for spinach, and so is “Palak”. It was a very arduous experience, but in the end I always find cooking rewarding, no matter the taste. I want to thank patron Stephanie Reinheimer for suggesting this one. Thanks so much for supporting Henry’s Kitchen everyone, and I hope you enjoy!
