It's a time for much creativity and experimentation in the kitchen, and this recipe is no exception. But it's extremely difficult. I will tell you that I managed to give myself some very serious burns on my hand when I tried to touch the candy dough while it was in the microwave. Be careful with this one, cooking is supposed to be functional, not dangerous! Thank you so much for the support everyone, and thanks for keeping the Henry’s kitchen episodes alive!

This surprises me, because my grandmother always told me that "Australia's two favorite c-words are candy and corn." But she died when I was very young, before I could actually understand the words she was saying. To me, it just sounded like babbling. It's a rough memory for me, and I wish you hadn't brought it up.
