Im willing to bet the potato salad paste would make a killer fritter patty. Short version: leave paste in fridge over night to stiffen up. Add egg & enough flour to make a thick dough. Roll into balls, flatten to bread slice thickness, and pan fry. If it looks like you're making a cross between a burger and an American pancake, you're on the right track.
