"F4SE" is not working.
Some "esp / esm / esl" plugins are not working.
"plugin editor" like "Fo4edit" are not working. Because they changed the packing format.
Many "PC" user can't feel any stability improvement.
The "Weapon Debris" graphics setting still causes the game to crash on RTX cards
The new ultrawide support has a poorly stretched user interface
The update is the worst update patch for mod user.
If you already updated your Fallout 4, follow this guidline.

I'm looking for the way to use old and new version together. It seems it's more better way.

Not sure now. We don't have enough information about the update yet. Some "esp / esl / esm" plugins are not working and it seems because they changed the packing format (seems similiar to "Starfiled"). If they updated the engine like "Starfield", it meens the game can have new critical bug like "Starfield".
