OCTOBER PROGRESS
October was a very rough month for me, I'm undoubtedly behind in production now due to how long I spent finishing scene 1, it was a lot more strenuous than I expected. I'll be trying my best to catch up but I'm almost a full month behind in work. There's always ups and downs when you're creating something, and this month was very much one of the downs.
But the good news is that scene 1 is fully complete and rendered, and now that's set me to 20 minutes of fully rendered animation in this episode! (Not counting animation that's not composited yet.) I've also jumped over to scene 4 during the last few days of October and got a chunk of rough animation done for some parts of the scene so I can get right to work on what's next on my list.
NOVEMBER GOALS
I won't lie, I'm losing hope in December being a realistic release date, especially now that October has unfortunately set me far behind, but I'll keep trying to get as much done as possible whether I make it in time, or the episode needs to be delayed.
I'm feeling slightly motivated again and will be tackling Scene 4 this month. Now that the first 3 scenes of the episode are fully complete, I'll try to work in order since I've kind of been hopping over to whichever scene I felt like working on this whole time instead of working my way up from the start to the end of the episode. I'm hoping that this month will be better and that I'll be able to catch up on the time I lost!

Always make sure you have time for youself to avoid burnout. Also, woah does this mean Atmosphere has brothers and sisters?

The burnout is real this October. Please make sure to rest, you drive yourself so hard to complete these goals and it's a rigorous schedule and expectation. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm sure we'll be fine if you take a break. (Also, I used to freelance rough animate and I enjoy the process of cleaning up animation quietly. I love this project and wouldn't mind helping out if you ever needed it, while at the same time totally acknowledging that the first episode was completely animated by you and I wouldn't want to offend with the offer of help if that's how you'd like to keep it. I appreciate you! 😊 ❤️)
