Bilbo

Fair enough, could watch Ghost in the shell as a standalone and then eventually get to the series if you ended up liking the world the movie presents, whatever floats your potato.

Dylan Brasfield

Hell ya thanks shark

TheFlamingShark

Treasure Planet is one I surprisingly haven't seen, so that'll get added to the list.

TheFlamingShark

I might get to that in a while.

TheFlamingShark

Sword of the Stranger I assume you mean, which I'll add to my list. I'd actually never heard of that one.

TheFlamingShark

Yeah, I'll be throwing that up on some polls soon.

TheFlamingShark

Millennium Actress has been on polls and will be on more on and off until it wins. Ghost in the Shell is a weird one where I don't really know how I'd want to approach it since there's a bunch of content for it.

Zairaner

I am shocked you never watched "I want to eat your pancreas", it sone of the more well-known anime films.

Bilbo

Millennium Actress or Ghost in the shell in a future poll?

Nathan

If you need some more movie recommendations, I can easily suggest my favorite movies of all time, Treasure Planet (for something animated) and A Knights Tale (for something live action)

SomewhatAnonymous

Have you watched prince of Egypt or the hunchback of Norte dame? If not, put them on your list. Probably some of my favorite animated movies of all time.

Jacob Bess

Could you react to Lightyear?

TheFlamingShark

Yeah, Belle will be popping up in time.

TheFlamingShark

I definitely have the HTTYD films on the list, I just don't know whether I'd watch the other content beyond that and whether to treat it as a series or just a set of films.

TheFlamingShark

Yeah, I'm waiting a bit for Belle, but that'll definitely be back on the polls in a bit.

ensane

I've heard Belle is good if more recs are needed

BonnieBunny89009

I recommend How to train your dragon. as well as its sequels, surprised you've apparently never seen it? I also recommend The Sea Beast and Bad Guys.

Kayla Ryan

How To Train Your Dragon and The Bad Guys are both great

Xavin

I'll continue to shill for Yellow Submarine, A Boy Named Charlie Brown, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and Watership Down and I'll second the Asterix recommendation that Sam Alliger suggested last time. EDIT: There's also a number of DC animated films that aren't tied to any TV shows. Batman: Under the Red Hood, All-Star Superman, Batman: Year One, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns (two parts), Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, The Death of Superman, Batman vs. Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles, Superman: Red Son, and Batman: The Long Halloween (two parts).

Xavin

There's a couple of brand new films he could do. Besides Lightyear, there's The Sea Beast, The Bad Guys, Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and Minions: The Rise of Gru. I have no idea how he would feel about doing Beavis and Butthead Do the Universe since he may or may not have seen the original show and/or the first movie.

Dylan Brasfield

Have you seen Sword of the Stanger? One of my favorites next to Redline which you've reacted to already

DirectorJake

I'm baffled Lightyear isn't here.

Erik Miller

I know it’s been recommended before but wasn’t sure if you saw it or not but I highly suggest watching the How to Train Your Dragon Trilogy

Ya Girl C

Some recs I can think of at the top of my head are The Boy and the Beast (eng dub), Stranger by the beach, Maquia where the promised flower blooms, or Promare

Matthew Hair

Have you heard of the anime movie called Belle that came out in 2021. That'd be a good one to look into.
