Asked this on the most recent chapter, but putting here for consistency: I've been re-reading the books as its been so long, and I have some curiosity regarding magic communications (long and short range). In the first few chapters, Tarl used a communication stone to talk to (I assume) Tellar. It was also mentioned during the end of year reports that the ODA had to send their reports somewhere. It was implied magical (and that they could/would get responses) was that using an equivalent to Sending? Have these just faded out due to setting drift as you continued writing and how early in the story the communication stone was used? Are there limitations around the stone/sending? and if so can you expand on them?

interested to see how "Fey Queen" title is seen by the elven kingdom due to it being known that Elves come from fay spawners and with Tatiana having that title i am sure the kingdom is questioning legitimacy or trying to say they have some link to back up their right to rule the elven nation

So do mods on MC dungeon have natural affectinity to read fate in limited fashion when they're content to him? Since he's they're origin point? Dos it come out they're interactions with delvers? Or whene they're choice to become a tame? Is there fate monster?

Random question that doesn't need to be answered to fast. But is there only a single continent on the world? We have knowledge of dungeons in the sea and people around them. Knowledge of all the immediate territories around Thedeim from a map peek. We even have knowledge that there is quite a bit of space underground. However we haven't been told the size of the planet and with the northern most point of the known map being a forest it makes it seem like there at minimum is something up there.

I think it’s more his class than his nickname. He has a super stealthy mode that he can enter which was mentioned in I think the first book where Thedeim mentioned he had to actually pay attention to him or he’d lose sight of him. I’m pretty sure it’s when he was checking out the mausoleum with Freddie and Rhonda. Plus stealth helps a lot with murderous dungeon inspections I bet.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say this again, but considering how big of a part they were of the main story I don’t want the resolution to their arc to happen in a peek. Those aren’t available to anyone not on Patreon, and I don’t want that. No, I want them to have full further development in the story proper, because it’s a proper shame that they just got dropped by the wayside the moment they weren’t immediately relevant to the plot anymore. Ideally write that in retroactively as part of the aftermath and cleanup, but as is they’ve just completely disappeared. Like what the hell. Not cool.

I'm not sure if this counts, but I was daydreaming about being a dungeon core, nothing, just silly fun that is not with a screen. Anyway, I had this idea for a part of the ancient history of your world: the women who discovered that dungeon cores naturally balance out magic, or as Thedim calls it, dungeons, are like sewer treatment plants for magic this is 1000s of years before the iseaki of all are favor dungeon core, the story of the little girl that would be later be know of maria the bloody robes during this time magic was only for the rich and the elite and a lady of a minor noble house forgotten to history finds her young son reading a grimoire of dark magic please note that this is dark magic not the elemental darkness magic practiced by thoses with darkness affinity and the Lady fearful that for her son takes off her shoe and slaps her son in the back of the head with it yanking the book from his hands "you will not be learning or practicing such magics! do you understand me!" she leaves with the book and hands it to her most trusted servent "throw this in a river some where far from here I want it gone I don't care how much the book is worth also find out how my son got his hands on it in the first place" two weeks later Maria is not like the other kids she knows this how could she not when the other kids tell her about it all the time ( unbest beknown to her she has autism and females can have it too it just rarer in females but they can have it) the other kids don't really like her much and that makes her sad but she has mom and dad, and the bunnys, and the fish, there is the chickens, goat, and cow too but she learned the hard way that they are not friends, they are dinner, right now she is playing with the fish they like to play chase they swim away and maria swims after them and boops them on the nose and then they swim away even faster, but today something catches her eye there is a book, Maria likes books the old man, who is also a retired libraryen from the really big city there are big cities then there is the really big city were he came from, mom says it is mean to call him the old man, but that is what he calls himself he says thanks all the time for spending time with this old man, that is all he calls himself Maria is not even sure what his name is maybe it is old man. after Maria pulls out of the mud it was partly stuck in she drags it back to shore and opens it she grins "this must be a special book" she says looking at the undamaged writing maria remembers the old man saying she can't have water near the books because it will ruin then, but this one seems fine she reads what the old man told her was the title page "the darkest magics" she sounds out fingers running over the words she squeals in joy Maria loves fantasy books mages that don't need saving from princes and knights mages can save them selfs and then they go and hunt down the stupid king that locked them in a tower in the first place unlike in the boring books the old man calls fairy tales, 2 weeks later Maria is playing is helping with chores today the house needs cleaning, dad is taking care of the garden mom and dad say maria is too young to pull weeds maria dose not really understand it is just pulling plants out of the ground what is all the time she decides to ask her mom about it again and her mom just sighs "you well understand when you are older" and Maria founds why can't she understand now if they just tell her then she can understand now, "tell you what you want a big girl job go get one of the chickens for dinner" Maria grins and nods her head, rushing out the door as she runs at the chickens and they play chase with her she remembers the book, there is not a lot of story to the book but it is a fun book anyway like a storybook about what mages do when the mages in the story talk about studying magic, Maria knows and Maria grabs one of the chickens by the neck like she seen mom and dad do and is goes to break it like she seen mom and dad do but pauses, there is the knift in the sheed and she remembers the werid circle thing with the werid markings in the book why can't she have fun with it and prentend to be a mage like in the story books mages don't need saving they do the saving, and they have friends a party they are called she goes to the sheed and gets the knift taking the fighitng chicken with her she drops it and it runs off but that is fine she well get one in a second she very careful draws out the circle just like she remembers she starts over a few times but then she has it perfect drawn out in the dirt she goes to grab a chicken and then put it down in the circle holding it by the neck she says the funny words she sounded out a bunch of times because the books said saying it right was importent then stabs the chicken in the chest is is super bloody and Maria understands why mom and dad just break the neck as she is thinking this though something happens Maria feels good like she can run forever ( Buff 50% boost to speed) ( class attended appearance dark mage level 1) Maria stares at it for a moment, blinking, then grins Maria got a class she GOT A CLASS JUST LIKE MOM AND DAD she forgets the chicken and runs inside dripping blood maybe now mom will finally tell her why she can't help dad weed the garden Maria well later go on to become a dungeon diver and mercenary for hire on battle fields she well get the nickname Maria the Bloody Robes using the money for diving and mercenary work to fund her own research into magic, towards the end of her life she will do a ten-year study into ambient Magic was when she well make the word changing discovery of the effect of dungeon cores on the ambient magic, it is say she still lives to this day that her death was fake and her dark magic and life affinity has kept her alive to this day though those are just children's stories trying to scare each other right? I am not sure if this counts as a nudge you were talking about but feel free to take this charater if you want or maybe it will inspire something I hope it is not rude though 🙂 I was just going to suggest maybe a history sneak peak about who it was disoved that dungeon cores settle the ambient magic and then this happened well this happened but I all ready had the charater in my head from day dreams but it was a combo of the two

Honestly the things I want to see next are mainly just Thediem interacting with other dungeons. So if I had to choose something for the peeks it would be something along the lines of a day in the life of your average dungeon, you know, NOT one exposed total he new god of change XD

Come to think of just becose crown and Dungeon delve guilds say don't sail around this Dungeon dosent at mean all people will fully obey. After-all even If takeing out [Four bocks] supply point, it still known route that's some what's safe, with end customer that want stuff... that's smugulers pay day.. just have supply gasch set up day or two form original route, be it in main land or island. And since crown is not senting bouts to partols the water that's would be possible safe route for pirates too take.

If Teemo discovers gravity affinity, would the options for gravity elementals, fey, and spirits just appear in the dungeon menus? Would a Curl-up (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curl-up) or a Tenjōname (https://yokai.com/tenjouname/) be gravity spirits or something else? Would you consider the name thuddyduddy for a kind of gravity fae? Would a Swamp Hag be a kind of decay fae? Would a Lusca be a specialization of a shark spawner or an octopus spawner? What race is Ryndal Windstrider, the author from your peeks?

We've seen that there is both a local chapter of an adventurer's guild as well as an overarching organization it belongs to, but surely the kingdom also has a wizard's guild? I'd like to see a delegation of wizards come delve Thedeim in order to explore all of its arcane secrets.

This might get covered later in the main story, but some information on the Dungeoneering guild's main office and their reaction to the formal report by Olander. (opinions, future steps, attitude, etc.) What does the local garrison of Fourdock think of TDM? We know of general citizenry, crafters, etc. But the local guards are barely ever mentioned. How is Kenneth (Priest of order with spatial affinity) doing? Is he going to come visit Fourdock before going home? Has the plan of having Violet be a toybox for kids/orphans etc. going to be realized? has it already?

There was a chapter with an old one that spawned the Harbringer. That seemed to be the oldes dungeon still alive. If I remember correctly, this thing knew the First Dungeon personally.

A couple things: I assume from some of the early chapters that people will get classes from dungeons and that some dungeons are more focused on something so that offer certain classes more often. So, to that end, is there a service you can hire, possibly through the ODA, to have them escort you to dungeons more likely to give certain classes? Like a class concierge service for the ultra wealthy looking to get a specific class? Also, I really want to see more elementals of different affinities as well as dragons (though I assume there aren't many of these). I just want to know that a decay elemental or a space dragon would look like or what they would do. Lastly, I am sure it will be covered, but I'm excited to see our summoner have their pact reversed by our local queen of the fae. The idea of him getting "summon avatar of a god" and her getting "summon translation app" in return just makes me giggle.

I mainly want to see Telar’s PoV from Thedeims madness. She went from overseeing a toybox (Southwood) a murderous (Neverrest) and a nasty belligerent (Hullbreak) dungeons to two cooperative (Hullbreak and Thedeim) and two toyboxes (Violet and Southwood) for as long as the Southwood remains under her jurisdiction. And maybe her relationships with others in her guild. Cuz her kind of overwhelming Olander was hilarious.

I would like to know how the musicians react to slash music are they trying to replicat the guitar or are they going try to make a new instrument. I would also like to know if they are going to use their own affinity to amplify there instrument.

Does the dungeon that moves in a caravan still exist? Will it ignore or take an interest in Thedeim's growth? And is there any odious delvers that inspires Thedeim's denizens to track, trick, and harass? We've seen the trio reformed by dungeon jail and some stubborn masons get tossed out of the light house construction.

I believe King Horlon's Butler/Head of Intelligence Jenkins is the troll who saw Miller's potential and recruited him. Jenkins likely provides the king with copies of Rezlar's, Olander's, and Miller's reports on the town. I'd like to learn more about Jenkins, whether it be a typical day in the life, a ranking of threats that need attention, rumors he is processing, backdoor communications with the gods, etc.

I was thinking it would be nice to see a small run of catching up with the side characters we have met in peeks along the way, like the baker and her husband, the miller, the blacksmith, maybe some of the construction teams on the various projects. Say if they have been doing any dealing with the enclaves, making any class/progression moves, or looking to expand their businesses.

I would love to see a slice of life/casual exploration of hullbreak the idea of a mostly aquatic dungeon seems really interesting and it would be cool to see how normal adventurers handle a place like that Plus I don't think we've seen the lighthouse from a non dungeon POV yet

Thanks for the Nudge! I do quite love the casuals their little stories and arcs are neat. I just like seeing how thedium has influenced the day to day life of the average person in Fourdock. LIke what are his sermons like,how has the town reacted to basically having the front row seat of a god growing and becoming apothosised, have their been and idioms that have been made because of Thediums weird actions or scions, or maybe leaked thru. Or maybe even that class of kids getting to delve Violet eventually. I just like seeing the happy thriving town of Fourdock. And maybe more info on the Hold/Keep that is being built in the mountians if you cant go into detail in the main chapters when it comes up

I'd honestly love to see a series of the army's pov. Maybe a noncom or a new officer as they lead their units through Thedium. Thedium building an area for large scale battles would also be really cool, maybe recreate the collosseum or something.

That feels like it could be a story all it's own.
