Quite strange in that I click to download Apocalypse Chronicles #1 and it takes me to the MEGA site but leaves it at the MEGA start screen with nothing to click on. Did you take it down?

Excellent! I'm glad to hear that you're taking these as both creative and skill development opportunities! It really shows in the final finish. You have the best production value of any 3D modeler I know!

Absolutely. That's why I'm considering how to properly develop this side gig. The main focus is on Hard News. The time spent on such projects is never wasted, though. This thing started with me making the Jill costume, which I can use in the game. And then learning how to paint the textures for the zombie's dick in 3D Coat. Which is a skill that will come handy in the game as well, since some character models either don't have genital textures, or have a really bad ones.

Yeah, having had some experience with creating episodic content, one thing to keep in mind as a nearly one-man shop like yourself is sustainability. Almost invariably, the further into a branching VN you go, the more work is required to render the various choices players make. As much as I love the production quality of Hard News, it'll be tough on fans to wait longer than your 1.5 month long production cycles. My personal vote is that while side stories like AC are cool, I would like to see the pace for Hard News kept up, or even quickened with additional staff support when your revenue grows to pay for them. Cheers, man!

Thanks, Dashole. I'm considering the proper way to continue making these, but I most definitely will. Amanda liked writing it and I had fun making the visuals. And this setting gives us the chance to explore themes that wouldn't fit in the world of Hard News.

A REALLY well executed short! Kudos to you, Amanda, and Oz! I love the writing, the visuals, and the character designs! I imagine that this was a great experiment in honing your skills and broadening your world-building, so as to take a creative sojourn away from Hard News. One suggestion I have, and this will likely be unpopular with a lot of folks, is that you may want to offer such shorts as a higher tier pledge reward. I would definitely pay $15 or $20 to get access to such shorts (vice doing animations) as they're unique and add value for our pledge dollars. Something to consider if you plan on doing more of these. And the increased revenue will undoubtedly help you with production of the main Hard News story! In any case, a great treat for your patrons on a fine Sunday! It was def a pleasure to see Jess in such a RE crossover!
