Sort of, maybe, important (life?) update
🕑 Added 2025-08-02 12:08:07 +0000 UTCHEY! so, the usual to start with, although i did warned this would happen, content slowed down once again. Learning japanese has gotten harder, so i had to focus on that but... that's not the only thing.
I don't actually know if this affects anything, if it will change something depending on what your feedback is or not, but i feel like i need to let you guys know so i don't think this just by myself. even if you don't reply or see this, i think doing this at least would help me a little clar things up for myself. speaking my thoughs.
It will sound like i'm retiring or something but that's not the case, just want to clarify that, because it does sounds like it.
For the past 2 or so months, my schedule has been: work on the mornings, go to classes and work on nights. and that has been a pretty good schedule for my way of being. the issue is that for most of that time, i haven't actually been working mainly on porn.
As some, if not just a couple of you might remember, i had started a SFW project a couple of years ago, probably 4 or 5? (briefly anounced probably just last year) although it was conceptualized around 6 or 7 years ago. That was my side passion project, but latelly, as things had been coming together there, i have feel motivated to work more on it. neglecting my content here, hence the actual reason for the lack of content (... that i feel is the case, i remember some of you telling me is actually around a normal degree of updates)
The thing is. I any serious "hobby", you spend a lot of money in it, and making a game isn't cheap, normally. And being NSFW my only source of income kinds of sucks consideriing i have to work on it to get income to work on what i'm actually wanting to work on... not that i don't want to work on nsfw, in fact, i have a little animation coming soon. But i want this passion project to see the light of day. sooner than later. i don't feel like it's a passion project anymore but a proper project.
But i don't want to stop making NSFW, so you see the conflict i have.
I have noticed how most of my work hours are spent on this project rather than nsfw and even commissions, if i'm honest... Yet i don't want to stop.
While i do have unfinished business with the animal girl hotline series, i already told you i'll stop doing those collabs after i'm done with the series. making it easy on my schedule, but... that's at best 2-3 years from now if i get to animate the whole thing. by then my student visa will be over and have to figure out either enter an university or work somewhere to get to stay in japan, which i don't want to leave.
That added to the recent stuff with idiots making life impossible for adult creators, it doesn't make it better exactly. A "good" thing about that for me is that i'm in japan, transitioning to japan banks, using japanese websites, so soon enough i'll be free of this pressure of some day being absolutley fucked onen last time.
All this to say that, i'm PLANNING (not deciding) on perhaps changing my work methods. not giving in and doing sfw only, but leave nsfw as mostly commissions, making them be always open, while i also open a............... patreon........... for updates on this no-longer-passion project. as well as maybe sfw commissions as well.
I don't know, genuenly, i don't know what to do exactly, and it's fortunately not in a bad way (yet, at least) but stressful nonetheless.
So that's just about it.
I want to finish my passion project that's not NSFW
I want to finish the animal girl hotline series
I want to keep commissions open
I want to be able to at least have some revenue from comming from my SFW project...
Yet, not sure if this will lead to anything. i don't know if from tomorrow onwards i'll update you with daily NSFW content, like this post didn't even happen. I don't know, i'm confused
But i'm perfectly fine, and i'll be better once the transition is over, where i won't have to worry about credit cards or some puritan trying to fuck me like they have been doing in europe and fellow crators.

You've been the nsfw goat in my eyes, but as much as i dont like to say it, i understand that your talent cant be constricted to nsfw. Ill support any sfw project of yours because fairness exists in the world and you deserve widespread recognition. (My goat 🐐🐐🐐)

I think you should be taking some time to think, but always focus on whatever makes YOU want to continue. From my perspective I'll just say this: I hope you never stop doing NSFW because your style is great and every time I see you post something, it's always a nice surprise. If you gotta focus on the sfw project, then that should be it, but I hope we can see more from you on the NSFW side and having always open commissions could be an issue, probably best to have that in waves or certain periods of time.

As someone in a similar position, it's better to focus on one thing at a time rather than trying to force anything. I would keep NSFW stuff commission only as you said (for money ofc) but still not make it priority #1, and the only time you should do anything non commission based is when the urge/passion strikes you. Your SFW project should take priority until its done. Not only does it have potential to make you WAY more money than this once it's done (and even before then via Patreon), but even if it doesn't it'll feel like a load off your shoulders once it's finally finished. Then you can do w/e you want with no real worry.

It's okay. You gotta take some time to enjoy doing stuff you like. Being in a constant rush isn't good for anybody.

Its better to focus on things you actually want to do, i don't think anyone enjoys content that the creator doesn't like making because of stress/ lack of time/ other priorities, people that support you will want you to do things your own way and will be happy when you deliver content u like yourself.

Thank you, yeah so my plan is that at the moment, both because it's convenient and because i think it proving my income and paying taxes in japan would look good on my record for future possible visa options is that i'm transitioning right now. i might ask Jun himself when the time comes if he has a contact for work if need be

I remember DLsite looking for hires, might be an option for when your visa runs out. But its ultimately up to you, what's best for you and so on. I would focus on setting up to stay in japan as a priority, nsfw might as well be the side gig for now.
